After earning my BS in Psychology, my fascination with human behavior led me to explore the intricate connection between the mind and body. Recognizing the interplay of mental health and physical well-being, I delved into diverse methods to alleviate common symptoms of both physical and emotional pain.
My focused studies included soft tissue manipulation, nervous system regulation, and movement techniques to understand how pain can be effectively relieved and the whole person supported. In 2015, I successfully completed my training at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO, followed by certification from The Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy. I am also a certified Pilates instructor and serve as a Teaching Assistant for The Upledger Institute. Currently, I am in my final year of Somatic Experiencing training through Dr. Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing International program.
Equipped with this comprehensive training, I approach client care from a global perspective, tailoring sessions to individual needs. Combining these modalities creates a holistic symphony of healing, each modality contributing its unique notes to orchestrate transformative well-being of body, mind and spirit.
I am excited to share my knowledge and experience of working with thousands of people to align with you and your goals for a healthy and vibrant life.
